At the end of the three-day retreat, everyone felt a sense of accomplishment. The days were filled with learning, cross-fertilization of ideas, & laughter by all as each staff shared some hidden truths about their personalities. The overall experience was mind-blowing. The mornings sessions began with plenary topics, setting a positive tone for the day.
Later in the day, participants attended workshops that covered various topics, focusing on different department’s needs. The Closing Ceremony was a moment to unwind and reward ourselves as exceptional participations & Locations were awarded prizes based on performance. Every participant shared his/her experience on a video clip compilation. Retreat communique was issued & parting was with the rendition of a beautiful farewell song.

As the retreat concluded, participants expressed gratitude for the opportunity, newfound knowledge and skills. Each person left with a heart full of memories, knowing they had grown individually and as an Organization during those three remarkable & unforgettable days. It was a win win for the GACON Family.
